Kingcombe Aquacare operate a dedicated fisheries division. If your lake requires stock management or your river beat has too many predators we have the skills and equipment to undertake the work. Our fisheries team are all fishing enthusiasts so you can be sure they have an instict when it comes to finding fish! Many of our team are graduates of Sparsholt College with qualifications up to degree level, including the Environment Agency guidelines to electrofishing best practice. This knowledge combined with sound practical knowledge and modern equipment makes us one of the UK leaders in this field.
We operate a fish holding facility at our headquaters. The tank is aerated, filtered and recirculated and we can cordon off sections to split stock if required. We also offer on site temporary fish storage solutions if necessary.
Our close relationship with the Environment Agency means we are used to applying for the necessary consents required for fisheries work. Similarly we can organise fish health checks and transport them live to the facility.
